Saturday has Arrived!
Woot! Busy weekend ahead here. Going to the bank to be added to a money market account George set up for the time being this morning. Then we head off into Gallatin and my SIL and I will be going to a pop up boutique in Hendersonville. She has some Lula Roe like clothes but they are less expensive.
After that we take off to Half Batch Brewing and lunch. Then we'll come home and clean house and prep for the Sip and Sample party tomorrow.
As far as yesterday - well it was Friday. ;-) That automatically made everything all right. What is it about a Friday that just lets you feel like you own your world instead of someone else. I know it's a mindset. But just knowing you have two days ahead to do what you want, on your own accord and not beating your head up against a concrete wall repeatedly always sounds like more fun.
For a while it seems like both in this nutrition business and at work - it seems like it's a lot of hard work for nothing. Perhaps a payoff will show up some day. But there is a lot of continual positive thinking that you have to do to get you out of the muck that goes on through your mind. I am a person that likes to accomplish things and when you can't get any thing accomplished you have to start to re-evaluate. Seems like I'm always in a perpetual state of re-evaluating. lol Why am I still trying?
But if no one else gets the nutrition thing - then fine I'll hoard it all for myself. I'm just glad it is helping me. When others are ready to let it help them they will be so happy and I'll still be available, hopefully. You got to get through a lot of no's to get to the yes's. And I've not had enough no's yet. But if someone tried to take this stuff away from me now - oh my gosh we'd have a fight. lol
Anyway, shaking my head at the week and looking forward to enjoying the weekend even though it's packed full.
Then Sunday evening we'll develop the plan for the following week. All Saturday's are spoken for in September and 1/2 of the Saturday's in October. And November as well if we end up going to Texas, which I can't get any plans on b/c of George's job situation. We should at least be able to be gone for some of that week, but trying to wait and see if he is going to be off of a job, starting a new job or what. If he's on a new job he may/may not be able to say "hey I had a vac planned on on these days". Most people can work that out if they mention it after they have been offered the job when discussing their offer package. So hopefully all will go well and we can go and have a good long visit. It tears me up not to be able to plan. I'm a planner. I want to know. I'm probably going to go ahead and turn in vacation for myself for the rest of the year and for January's Phoenix trip soon.
Anyway, getting off of here and doing a few things. Ya'll have a great Saturday.
